Davis Tate were great during our move to Twyford. They are great communicators and I knew if I needed to find out anything on the chain they were the people to call up! Would definitely use them if I had property to sell in the area (but hopefully won't be doing that again for a while!)

I have had great service from the team at Davis Tate over the last few years. Originally I had a valuation and decided at the time not to progress with putting the house on the market. The team kept in touch but did not bombard me with calls, follow ups etc. Once I decided to put my house on the market I went directly back to Jenny and the team who gave me a realistic appraisal of the market and a fair expectation about what I could achieve. I was originally concerned that I had not had a large number of viewings however the 4th person to see the house came back 3 times and subsequently made an offer which I accepted. Throughout this process and eventually to the sale Jenny and the team supported, advised and managed the exchanges between myself and the buyer. I cannot recommend the team more highly!
