Property Manager

Davis Tate is looking to hire an EXPERIENCED Property Manager to be based at our Burghfield Common head office. Competitive package dependent on experience.

• To provide property management services to landlords of allocated managed properties
• To act as agent for your landlords in dealings with their tenants
• To be part of the Property Management team to deliver excellent levels of service to Fully Managed landlords & tenants
• To work with other departments, especially Lettings Sales & Lettings Administration & Accounts to ensure efficient delivery of service to all clients, tenants & contractors.
• To handle such other tasks as are delegated by the Head of Property Management
• Visit fully managed properties, meet the landlord, complete relevant Property Information Folders
• Manage any pre-tenancy works with the Letting Manager, and become familiar with any specific Landlord or Tenant requirements
• Carry out first inspection of each property within 6 weeks of move in
• Carry out regular property inspections
• Produce & circulate an inspection report, obtain consents and carry out recommendations
• Ensure all legal requirements relating to property letting are complied with,
• Handle tenant requests
• Manage repairs
• Manage end of tenancy process to deposit return
• Actively promote improvements to the Landlords return on investment
• Seek ways to carry out the above more effectively & efficiently
• Previous Property Management experience is essential for this role
• Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
