Emma Durcan MNAEA MARLA

Since joining Davis Tate in 2020, Emma has swiftly built up an enviable network of contacts in and around Oxfordshire and Berkshire including new landlords, tenants, vendors, and buyers. As Lettings Manager, she now has over 300 properties under her purview, a figure which she increases year on year. Emma is a skilled negotiator and has in-depth knowledge of the property industry being qualified in both ARLA Lettings and NAEA Sales. Emma lives locally and attended the Henley College before entering into Estate Agency in 2018.

Alfonso Amico MARLA

Alfonso has built a strong foundation in the estate agency industry with over 20 years of experience in both lettings and sales. His dedication to delivering the right results while maintaining a focus on honesty and customer service shows a client-centred approach. Outside of work, he values family time with his son and enjoys touring around the UK on is motorcycle, allowing him to unwind and enjoy his passion for travel

Siobhan Sprenger MARLA

Siobhan has over 22 years of experience in residential lettings, working for a small family-run business for the first 13 years as the Lettings Manager. She has gained experience in all aspects of Estate Agency, from Property Management & Accounts to front end Sales and Lettings and Property Management

Siobhan has now been the Lettings Manager for the Reading office of Davis Tate for over three years and is able to utilise her Property Management experience to advise landlords on legislation and the unrivalled level of service offered by Davis Tate.

Clare Vernon MARLA

With over 20 years of estate agency experience, Clare has recently re-joined the Henley team, after a previous 14 years at Davis Tate. Clare began her career in Davis Tate in the Henley branch and went on to cover the whole network, most recently spending 5 years at the Goring office dealing with both lettings and sales.  Clare brings a wealth of experience to the Henley branch as Lettings Manager, skilfully helping, landlords, investors and tenants alike.

Paul Jarvis

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in sales, lettings and  valuing property within the local area. A skilled negotiator and progressor, Paul prides himself on seeing both the sales and lettings processes through to successful completion, providing excellent advice and support to vendors, landlords and purchasers alike.

Paul is diligent and aims to deliver a personable, professional service with unrivalled local market knowledge.
